There is a nature trail, and visitors are free to wander over the farmland which has an abundance of wildlife. Hennock, a farming village, is a 10-minute walk. Bovey Tracey with several shops, pubs and restaurants, and Cantonteign Falls, reputed to be the highest waterfall in England, are both within 2 miles. Teignmouth’s sandy beach is just 7 miles away and there is excellent walking and riding on nearby Dartmoor. Four golf courses and a heated indoor swimming pool with sports facilities are within 5 miles. Exeter, Torbay, Dartmouth and Tornes are within 0.5 hours’ drive.

Spacious and attractive beamed kitchen with dining area and oil fired Rayburn and electric cooker. Rear hall leading to wet room/WC. Granite staircase to first floor with high ceilings and beams: Two double bedrooms each with 5' bed. Twin bedded room with steep open tread staircase to gallery with single bed (for + 1). Bedroom with three single beds and open tread staircase to gallery with two single beds (for + 2) – galleries are curtained. Two bathrooms/WC.
